1. How can I place an order in the e-shop?
An order can be placed in the following ways:
by shopping in the e-shop lawood.lv;
by emailing info@lawood.lv;
by writing to us on our social networks facebook.com, TikTok, Instagram.
If you place an order on the website - after placing the order, you will receive an invoice to the specified e-mail address. If you do not receive an invoice, contact us by calling +371 20577992, by emailing info@lawood.lv or by filling out the contact form available on the website.
2. How can I pay for the goods? What are the available payment methods?
By bank transfer. After placing the order, a prepayment invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
Through internet banking. It is possible to pay with: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor and Citadele banks' internet banks.
VISA, MasterCard, Maestro payment cards, if you have activated the option for secure online purchases.

3. Can I pay in cash or with a bank card when receiving the goods in the store?
You can pay for the purchase in cash or with a bank card on site in the store - contactless payment.
4. How do I know that the goods have been ordered and the order is being processed?
After receiving the order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and an invoice to your e-mail address. If you did not receive such an e-mail after placing the order, we recommend that you check the SPAM section of your e-mail.
5. How to add to an order?
If you want to make changes to your order that has not yet been sent, please contact us by calling +371 20577992, writing to the e-mail info@lawood.lv or filling out the contact form available on the website in the contact section.
If the order has already been sent, it is no longer possible to add or change it.
6. I received an invoice, but I want other details to be indicated on the invoice. Who should I contact to make changes?

7. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order (the entire order or individual items), contact us by calling +37120577992, writing to the e-mail info@lawood.lv or by filling out the contact form available on the website in the contact section. The order can be canceled until it is handed over to the delivery service. If the order has already been sent, in such a situation, refuse to accept the order from the courier or do not remove it from the parcel locker. The paid money will be transferred to your bank account within 2-3 business days, but no longer than 14 calendar days.
8. How do I know when I will receive my order?
You will be sent an email when the order is ready for pick-up in the store or when it will be handed over to the delivery service.
If you chose to receive your order in the store, it will be available for pick-up within 1-3 business days.
If you chose to receive your order with one of the delivery services, we will hand it over to the delivery service within 1-2 business days. After handing over the Product to the delivery service, the delivery service provider usually delivers it within 2-7 business days.
If the order is delivered by a delivery service, you can track it on the website of the selected delivery service by entering the order tracking code sent to you.
9. Can another person pick up my order?
Yes, it is possible:
If you chose to pick up your order in the store and the order has been paid for, but you have not entered the data that the product is intended to be picked up by another person, please inform us about this by calling +371 20577992 or writing to info@lawood.lv. Provide the name and surname of the person who will pick up the order for you.
If the order is received at a parcel locker, another person can pick it up if you give them the product delivery code.
If the order is placed at a Latvian Post office and it has not been previously indicated that another person will receive the order. In such a case, it will not be possible to pick up the order for another person.
We always recommend that when you place an order, you specify an additional person who could also pick up the order.
We remind you that the person who will pick up the shipment at the office, at the Latvian Post office, will need to present an identity document (Passport or ID).
10. How soon do I have to pick up my order?
The order must be picked up in the store within 3 business days, unless other pick-up times have been agreed.
If the order is sent by delivery services, the pick-up/storage terms are indicated in the SMS or e-mail that the delivery service will send you when the order is delivered to the selected delivery location. Usually, it is 7 calendar days.
11. What is the return period for new goods?
A new product can be returned within 14 days.
The product can be returned if it is not used, damaged or its appearance has not changed significantly, that is, the appearance of the product or its packaging has been changed only to the extent necessary for viewing the received product.
The buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the product in its original, neat packaging, as well as return the entire product set
